  • PMO staff who want to get a “helicopter view”

Why this training?

Treat yourself with carefully selected and well delivered content, full of real-life examples!

Broad and integrated knowledge

This training is designed as an integrated “helicopter view” journey throughout all the key knowledge areas of project management. It immediately redefines how participants understand these areas and lets them easily integrate various aspects of the project into a complete management system. As you will also learn a lot about tailoring, you will know how to get the best value of methods without overloading your projects.

Great for CAPM and PMP certification candidates

The concept for this training started from one of the most valued and effective PMP exam prep courses in Poland. It has been developed for over 13 years and had over 97% exam pass ratio. As most participants valued the practical aspect of this course, I have evolved the program to be even more practical and far less focused on certification. Still, as it covers most of the content from the PMBOK Guide, 6th and 7th Edition, it’s still an ideal course to start your preparations for the PMP exam. Of course, we will guide you in all other aspects of getting ready to pass.

Experienced trainer with hands-on experience

The training is led by an internationally recognized expert in project management, who can illustrate every tool and technique with real-life examples from various industries and answer all kinds of practical questions. He is also a contributor to several international standards, having in depth understanding of the key concepts behind. This powerful combination helps you to get the latest knowledge and immediately understand how to apply it.

High applicability to your real-life situations

There is no space for “pure theory” during this course. Every topic is illustrated with real-life practical examples from various industries and shown in a way that enables participants to use the new knowledge for the benefit of their projects. No questions are left unanswered!

What participants say

Quotes from surveys after the workshop

Frankly, I was afraid that it’s just going to be a boring PMP prep course. It was exactly opposite! I’ve finally learned how can I pragmatically use some of the techniques to improve my projects. I’m actually happy that we didn’t focus on the exam. It’s so much more value this way!
Practical, practical, practical!
This course helped me to pass my PMP exam so much! I’m so happy that Greg shared so many real-life stories as I remembered most content exactly that way. It has helped me tremendously when I started to practice for my exam. I’m sure it was a huge success factor!
Great for PMP candidates

I have never heard so many real-life examples in any training before. All the techniques and tools are now clear to me thanks to these stories. On top of that, I could ask about the way to apply them in my own project. Amazing!

Backed with real-life stories
I like the fact that we have kind of ignored the PMP exam :-) This course gave me something way more digestible and I still got my PMP prep done. Just in a more interesting and long-lasting way!
Better than standard PMP courses

I felt like I’ve just completed a postgraduate study program in PM. So much stuff packed in those 5 days… Still, it was really well served and I’ve got a lot of inspirations for my projects.

Almost like postgraduate studies

I like the new, detailed materials prepared by Greg. They really help me to repeat all the content in my own pace. I’m a listener, so audiobooks are turbo-charging the experience!

Great materials!
